General Policies
All of our baskets are made fresh to order. Normal time for orders to be processed, made and shipped is 1-2 business days. Actual delivery time will be determined by where your order is being shipped (usually 1-8 more business days). Feel free to call us regarding the status of an order or the estimated time of arrival.
All prices and basket styles are subject to change. If a basket style or product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value.

Order Cancellation Policies
If you cancel an order after the package has been shipped, your refund will be calculated and processed after the product has been returned to The Nut Basket. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Order Problems After Delivery
If you are unhappy with an item please email us, moyerspecialtyfoods@comcast.net Include your Order #, Name, Phone # and an explanation for the problem. A Customer Service Specialist will contact you within 1-2 business days.
Return Policies
All our products are guaranteed fresh, but if there is a problem with your order, please call us within 7 days of delivery.
